Series of sculptures made from pieces of wood and other materials collected during my walks.
The pieces arise from observing trucks on my car trips, and their construction takes into account the colors, proportions, textures, and other elements noticed during the travels. The group Semi-truck is formed by a family of pieces cut with raw wood faces or marked by saw traces. The small-sized sculptures flirt with their title by taking on the arrangement between parts, which seems about to collapse or be precariously parked.
