Series of sculptures made from pieces of wood and other materials collected during my walks.
The pieces arise from observing trucks on my car trips, and their construction takes into account the colors, proportions, textures, and other elements noticed during the travels. The group ¾ or City Freight Vehicles is composed of a series of assemblages. Most of the objects bring together organic elements such as wood or paper, and other industrial parts like styrofoam and plastics. The City Freight Vehicle is a category of vehicle produced in the automotive industry, and here it becomes a family of sculptures with common and popular elements in cities, such as lunch boxes, pizza cutters, corks, and others.
