Composition of 9 elements with variable dimensions, the area occupied in this presentation was 800 x 120 x 300 cm

Installation consisting of delicate pieces of wood and straw arranged in a dark corner of the gallery. Through automated lamps, a sequence of projections of the shadows of these objects is created. The lights and shadows alternate to construct and deconstruct provisional silhouettes of a small shadow theater. Shadowists is made up of a choreography between pairs or trios of pieces that light up and fade out. In this proposal, there is no shadow-actor to manipulate characters or scenes; the objects themselves have their shadows revealed through the fade-in and fade-out of the lights, appearing to play or dance with each other.
